A selection of Chef’s homemade bread
with flavoured oils, marinated olives and butter

A cappuccino of celeriac garlic and mustard soup

Crab cakes on a tomato and red onion salsa with lemon mayonnaise

Baked field mushroom tartlet topped with melting mozzarella
served with red onion marmalade and a fresh leaf garnish

Smoked salmon and prawn roulade with a fresh herb garnish
and citrus dressing

Confit game terrine, with spiced chutney and toasted country bread

A trio of festive pheasant, roasted breast, a poached ballotine of pheasant
and a pheasant sausage  with a mushroom and baby onion jus.

Oven roasted loin of pork stuffed with apricots and thyme served
on a bed of braised red cabbage with an apple cider sauce

Pan roast fillet of haddock on a smoked haddock chowder

Traditional Christmas turkey with chipolata and bacon roll, sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, cranberry sauce and a rich gravy.

Sun dried tomato and goat's cheese risotto with a rocket leaf garnish

Traditional Christmas pudding with a rum butter sauce

garnish of fresh salad leaves

Lightly spiced parsnip and apple soup drizzled with truffle oil

Tian of poached salmon with saffron aioli and poppy seed crouton
