Christmas Fayre Menu 2017*

Please call The Angel Inn on 01985 213225 to discuss your party booking arrangements and to confirm that the date and time you require is available.
If so, a provisional booking may be taken at this time.

A deposit of £10.00 per person is required to secure your reservation with us. The deposit is non-refundable should parties cancel within 7 days of the due date, however, in the event of individual cancellations, the deposit may be refunded if we are notified before 10am on the day of the party booking.
If notice of non-attendance is not received, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

Our Christmas Fayre menu is available for parties of between 4 and 25 persons.
A pre-order and deposit is required for all party menu bookings no less than 7 days before your party booking date.

Our Christmas Fayre menu is available from Thursday 30th November until 23th December 2017 and bookings can be made between 12pm and 1.45pm for lunch and between 6.30pm and 8.45pm for dinner

2 courses £17.95 or 3 courses £22.95


White onion, cider and cheddar soup with parmesan crouton (AGF) (V)
Duck and Port paté with apple and brandy chutney and melba toast
Goats cheese and poppy seed mousse with golden beetroot purée and cucumber pickle (GF) (V)
Garlic king prawns with mustard and aubergine velouté (GF)


Roast turkey with traditional trimmings (AGF)
Pan fried fillet of Sea bass with Pomme Anna, samphire, confit fennel and white wine sauce (GF)
Mushroom, leek, ricotta and chestnut strudel, new potatoes, spinach & rocket salad and Madeira cream sauce (V)
Braised feather blade of beef with Dauphinoise potato, kale and red wine jus (GF)


Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
Chocolate and hazelnut tart with vanilla ice cream
Coconut panna cotta with pineapple salsa and mango sorbet (GF)
Lemon, vanilla and ginger cheesecake and winter berries (GF)
